If your order is not what you ordered, or is defective in any way, Instapix.co.za is happy to replace the product. Please note the following:
- Digital downloads cannot be refunded unless the download is found to have a technical fault whilst under the control of Instapix.co.za
- Printed photos can only be replaced if the photo is found to have a print or technical error on it.
- Printed photos will not be refunded or replaced if the wrong photo was ordered.
- Refunds or replacement will not be made where products are supplied in the form as shown in the preview on the Instapix website.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order and let us know what items are incorrect or defective.
